Hayate no Gotoku!

Hayate is a hard working school boy with awful parents this year for a Christmas present they've let him a 156,000,000 yen debt, on the same day that he's laid off from his bicycle messenger service for lying about his age. Then he meets the super rich girl Nagi Sanzenin in the park and in his desperation decides to kidnap her for the money to pay the debt.

The characters constantly break the fourth wall to good comic effect, as can be seen in the opening Mecha sequence. It's hard to decide who's dumber Hayate or Nagi but they both have there moments. If you like comedies like "Dumb and Dumber" or "Bill and Teds Excellent Adventure" then this is the anime for you, personally I think it's hilarious. Oh and don't worry it's not a mecha!
