Tadashii Ouji No Tsukuri Kata Screen Caps

The Right Way To Produce A Prince
Episode 1 The Unpolished Princes Appear

This show is about a girl’s school that has decided to admit boys the following year, but for the current term ten boys will be put into this one class. At first the girls are thrilled that boys will be attending, but then the boys arrive and introduce themselves and the girls are sorely disappointed. The boys are a bunch of freaks and weirdos, the girls decide that something must be done and they leave it up to the class rep to fix the situation. It’s decided that the boys will be produced and changed into princes.

I’m sure this show was inspired by Nobuta wo Produce which is one of my favourite dramas, unfortunately multiplying by nine the number of students that need producing doesn’t make this nine times better than Nobuta but it’s really not bad for a half hour school comedy drama. Issac Tang is doing the subtitles for the show and releasing an English hardsub release. Issac is a secondary school student in Hong Kong and did an admirable job on the first two episodes that he single-handily released, aside from a few grammatical and spelling errors; my only complaint is that it’s released in Real media codex which will make it more difficult for some people to watch. But it seems that Real media is still popular in Asia. I would recommend this comedy drama to anyone who enjoys dramas like Gokusen or Yamada Taro Monogatari.

Download the first two English Hardsub episode bit torrent files here. Please be sure to post a note of thanks and encouragement to Issac if you download, I find it amazing he has taken on this project by himself and I hope he keeps fan subbing future series as well.

LOL are the real life japanese students really allowed to dress like the guys or do they only happen on tv?
