Juken Sentai Gekiranger 獣拳戦隊ゲキレンジャ Movie Screen Caps

Hong Kong Decisive Battle
Jan, Ran and Retsu are fighting Mele along with a large group of Rinshi in a parking lot, this is a scene from an episode of the TV tokusatsu, but in the movie a probe is introduced, the probe scans the group an instantly the Gekirangers along with Mele disappear from the monitor that Misaki and Master Sha-Fu have been following their progress on. The scene switches and reveals a man sitting in front of a computer with many monitors, showing the fight and the statistics of the both the Gekirangers and Mele. Another probe is scanning Rio as he meditates in the hall, which displays his stats on the man’s computer just before he also disappears. A computer graphic display’s a forwarding complete to Hong Kong message, as the rangers reappear in a quarry outside of Hong Kong overlooked by a large statue of the Buddha. Rio materializes while Mele is accusing the Gekirangers of the transporting them away. But Rio says that the Gekirangers couldn’t have done it. A woman, Miranda introduces herself explaining that they are in Yang’s Court along with many other fighters for a Martial Arts tournament.

This was an awful short movie, but in Japanese theatres it played in a double feature with the Kamen Rider movie, it was so short in many respects it was more like a TV episode as it only lasted about ten minutes longer then a typical show. But it was a lot of fun, a new villain was introduced quickly and the rangers along with Rio and Mele were forced to fight together. I’d recommend this to any fans of the Gekiranger’s series, who just want to see the characters again in a fast moving story.

@p-chan I've never seen Mortal Combat but this series really is done with the Kung Fu movies I grew up with at heart. With names like Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, and lots more being used, it's really a tribute to those stars.
